PRIVACY POLICY NOTICE – CALIFORNIA
Exercise Your California Consumer Rights
This SUPPLEMENTAL PRIVACY NOTICE IS FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS intended to apply solely to visitors, users, and persons who are residents in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”).
This notice is an addendum to the information contained in the existing Privacy Policy of Debt Validate and its affiliates (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”).

In the last twelve (12) months, we have collected the following Statutory Defined Categories of personal information from consumers:
**Category: “Identifiers”** – which may include: A real name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, or other similar identifiers.
**Category: “Personal Information”** – which may include: A name, signature, address, telephone number, education level, employment status, driver license status, birthdate, medical or health information. Some personal information included in this category may overlap with other categories.
**Category: “Commercial Information”**- Records of personal property owned and/or products or services purchased or considered for purchase.
**Category: “Protected Classification Characteristics”**- which may include: Age, race, color, ancestry, national origin, citizenship, religion or creed, marital status, medical condition, physical or mental disability, sex (including gender, gender identity, gender expression, pregnancy or childbirth and related medical conditions), sexual orientation, veteran or military status, genetic information (including familial genetic information).
**Category: “Internet or Other Similar Network Activity”**- which may include: Browsing history, search history, information on a consumer’s interaction with a website, application, or advertisement.
**Category: “Professional or Employment-Related Information”**- which may include employment status, i.e., Employed, Self-Employed, or Retired Status
**Category: “Geolocation Data”**- Location of Internet Service Provider
We obtain the above categories of personal information from the following sources:
– **Directly from you**: For example, from your interaction on this platform and the information you provide on any forms this platform which you submit. In some instances, we may also automatically collect certain information from you through the technology on the platform.
– **From information you provide**: In connection with a product/service offered by our affiliates, partners, or vendors.
– **From communication permissions and consents you provide on the platform**.
– **Indirectly from our clients or their agents**: For example, through information we collect from our clients in the course of providing marketing or technology services to them.
– **From third-parties that interact with us**: In connection with the platform function or services we perform, for example, verification services used for state and federal permission and consent records.
– **From service providers**: That interact with us in connection with the platform function or services we perform, for example, verification services used when required for legal compliance with state and federal permission and consent record laws.
We use third-party technologies such as ActiveProspect’s TrustedForm Script and Jornaya’s LeadiD script to document users’ consents to be contacted. These technologies collect detailed information about user interactions and are detailed in their respective privacy policies.
**Use of Personal Information**
We may use or disclose the personal information we collect for one or more of the following business purposes:
– **To process inquiries or requests** you make.
– **To provide targeted communications** concerning products, services, information, or news that may interest you.
– **To fulfill obligations and enforce rights** from contracts entered between us and our affiliates, client network, and/or vendors.
– **For improvements**, testing, research, analysis, and product development.
– **To ensure the security and integrity** of our platforms, products, and services.
– **For legal compliance**, respond to law enforcement requests, or as required by applicable law, court order, or governmental regulations.
– **For business transfers**, evaluate or conduct mergers, restructuring, or similar proceedings where personal information is transferred as a part of business assets.

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have disclosed personal information across the identified categories for business purposes to our affiliates, service providers, data aggreg
ators, and third parties with whom you have authorized
disclosure in connection with products or services you seek.
**Your Rights and Choices**
As a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA to access specific information about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months, including:
– **Data Portability**: You can request a copy of the specific personal information collected about you.
– **Deletion Request**: You have the right to request that we delete any personal information about you that we have collected.

We aim to respond to consumer requests within 45 days of receipt. If more time is needed, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
**Non-Discrimination**
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

We reserve the right to amend this notice at our discretion and at any time. Any changes will be posted on our platform with an updated revision date.
